Yacon is a distant relative of the sunflower with edible tubers and leaves. Suggested Use: Syrup: Use in place of sugar as you would with honey. One quarter teaspoon of Yacon Syrup is equal in sweetness to one teaspoon of sugar or honey. Use on pancakes, hot cereals and for baking. Delicious when added to Qat Tea.
