The A to B Calm formula has been in use longer by more people than any other Calcium/Magnesium formula anywhere. It is the original and was created over 20 years ago. A to B Calm is absolutely the best way for the human body to assimilate the essential minerals Calcium and Magnesium. After freeze drying, it is ground into a very fine powder which mixes well. You will find other products that leave bits of mineral floating in your drink. A to B Calm mixes completely and you get a colorless and odorless liquid. In order to fully absorb into the body it requires an acidic catalyst. This is also where some of the competition skimp. We use vinegar, which creates a highly absorbable liquid while keeping the PH levels normal . This is important because without that, many people have reported getting upset stomachs from using inferior Calcium/Magnesium supplements. You will not have that problem with A to B Calm.
Suggested Use:
Put one level teaspoon of calm in one half cup of boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Fill cup with cold water or juice, and drink. For use as calcium supplement, use one heaping teaspoon, 362 mg calcium, 70 mg Magnesium, two or three times per day, as needed.
Other Ingredients:
Calcium gluconate, magnesium carbonate and vinegar. 1 tsp. contains 181 mg Calcium 35 mg Magnesium.
