Cetyl Myristoleate (CM) is an ester of myristoleic acid. Myristoleic acid is a naturally-occurring fatty acid found in certain plants and animals. This fatty acid is esterified (combined) with cetyl alcohol to render it resistant to oxidation, thereby increasing its lifespan in the body. CM is the main component of the CM Plus™ protocol. The protocol consists of CM softgels and the CM Plus Cartilage Support Formula.
