Description:
BHI Calming Tablets - For the temporary relief of: insomnia, restlessness, anxiety, symptoms of PMS.
Suggested Use:
Adults and children above 6 years: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 3 times daily or as directed by a physician.
Infants and children to 6 years: 1/2 the adult dosage.
Other Ingredients:
Each 300 mg tablet contains as active ingredients: Chamomilla 2X, Humulus lupulus 2X, Passiflora incarnata 2X, Valeriana officinalis 2X, Veratrum album 4X, Ignatia amara 8X, Coffea cruda 10X, Moschus 10X, Sulphur 12X, Nux vomica 30X 30 mg each in a lactose base.
Each 300 mg tablet contains as an inactive ingredient: Magnesium stearate.
(1X=1:10 dilution, 2X-1:100, 3X=1:1000, etc.).

Store tightly closed at room temperature. Protect from light and moisture. Keep this and all medicines out of the reach of children.
