Guggul (yogaraj) consists of a proprietary blend of guggul gum resin, plumbago root, harada (terminalia chebula), behada (terminalia Billerica), and amla (emblica officinalis) fruits, long pepper fruit, vidanga fruit, cumin seed, cardamom seed, deodar cedar bark, tribulus fruit, nut grass rhizome, ginger root, cinnamon bark, vetiver grass, barley grain and Himalayan fir bark. Planetary formulas Cholestgar consists of a concentrate of cloves (yielding 8,000 ppm of allicin per gram), and the classic Ayurvedic compound guggul. Both ingredients have been widely to help maintain normal cholesterol levels when consumed as part of a total dietary program.
