For best results, spray Silent Snore to the back of your throat and then swallow just before sleep. Spray slightly upward so as to insure that you get most of the spray to the back of your throat for ease of swallowing. Drink a swallow of water just before spraying. We have discovered that taking a single small swallow of water just before using Silent Snore enhances its effectiveness. Repeat if you drink or eat after spraying. Press the nozzle down completely for one full spray or twice halfway down for two smaller sprays.
