    Gelatin, glycerin, sorbitol, purified water, hydroxilated lecithin, medium-chain triglycerides, annato seed extract, soybean oil.
    Contains soy.
    Free of sugar, yeast, salt, wheat, corn, milk products, preservatives, synthetic colors, dyes or flavors.

Vitamin E is known to act as an anti-coagulant, so it?Ç?s important to monitor how much Vitamin E you are taking each day. Also, the 30 mg Q-Gel CoQ10 (Forte) has only 6 IU of Vitamin E per softsule, so this small amount of Vitamin E should not pose problems for those patients taking either Warfarin or Coumadin. Nevertheless, it is always advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before using these supplements.
