How we began.....
EcoNatural Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Debra St. Claire, an herbalist, author and natural products formulator who had designed over 300 products for the Natural Foods industry.
The purpose was to build a socially responsible natural products company that would contribute a portion of its profits to the EthnoMedicine Preservation Project (EMPP) to preserve the medicinal plant knowledge of indigenous cultures.
To that end, the St. Claire's Organic Sweets™ product line was born. It was soon followed by the St. Claire's Organic Tarts™ line and the St. Claire's Aromatherapy Pastille™ line.
As an herbalist, Debra couldn't resist developing other herbal products, so along came the Herbal Mouthwash Kit and the Herbal Cold Care Collection.
