SUGGESTED USAGE:
Take 3 to 9 level measuring teaspoons daily in water, other liquid or sprinkled on food as a nutritional supplement. Less for children proportional to weight. One half the dosage should be taken in the morning and the other half in the evening. The dosage may be increased as directed by a doctor.

Store in a darkened place at or below room temperature with cap tightly closed. Color and texture will change due to moisture in the powder.
