Usage
VSL#3
can be mixed in yogurt, ice cream, apple sauce or any other cold food or non-carbonated drink. Stir contents and ingest immediately.
VSL# 3should not be mixed or taken with hot foods or hot drinks because the high heat inactivate the lactic acid bacteria.
Extended exposure to high heat will cause the live lactic acid bacteria to slowly become inactive. However, the product may be exposes to normal ambient temperatures for up to a week without adversely affecting potency. For long term storage, please refrigerate.
