This toner is designed to tighten pores, remove the last traces of cleansers and make-up, and to substantially reduce sebum flow. It also prepares the skin to be more receptive to further treatment. Natural herbals, including Witch Hazel, Sage, Rosemary, Horsetail, Cucumber, Sea Kelp and Peppermint, provide gentle astringency. Sulfur, Camphor and Zinc combine to help reduce oil flow from the sebaceous glands. Hyaluronic Acid prevents excessive drying, unlike ordinary astringents. This product is oil-free and balanced to pH 4.0.
