The recommended daily portion of Staminex is 30 grams. This is the equivalent of a large heaping teaspoonful three times a day or a heaping tablespoon twice a day. We suggest you begin with smaller portions and increase them over a few days to the desired level. Simply mix Staminex in a glass of tomato, apple, cranberry or whatever liquid suits you best. In warm water, it has a bouillon-like taste. If you find the taste disagreeable, refrigeration will reduce it. Since Staminex disperses into a suspension rather than dissolves, you will need to mix it thoroughly. First add a small amount of liquid and make into a paste, then add remaining liquid. A blender or a shaker jar is helpful. If you use a spoon, after stirring for a few minutes, let it stand for about five minutes and stir again until it is fully dispersed.
